Otter Tail Corp's subsidiary, Otter Tail Power Company, received approval from the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission for its Integrated Resource Plan, which includes the procurement of solar and wind generation and battery storage, as well as the addition of on-site liquified natural gas storage and the designation of the Coyote Station coal-fired plant as an Available Maximum Energy resource.
