Oramed Pharmaceuticals Inc. entered into a Second Amendment to Stock Purchase Agreement with Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc. to extend the deadline for entry of the Sale Order and reduce the number of Scilex warrants included in the equity securities to be purchased.
