OPAL Fuels Inc. entered into a First Amendment to Amended and Restated Credit and Guaranty Agreement and a First Amendment to Depositary Agreement with Paragon RNG LLC and other parties, extending the completion date for certain projects and reclassifying a debt service reserve facility as a revolving loan facility.
