OPAL Fuels Inc. has contributed its membership units of Sapphire RNG LLC and Emerald RNG LLC to OPAL Paragon LLC in exchange for membership units in OPAL Paragon, and assigned its rights and obligations under its existing senior secured credit facility to Paragon. The Credit Agreement provides for a two-year delayed term loan facility and a debt service reserve facility.
