Blue Water Biotech, Inc. entered into an Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Cardinal Health as its exclusive third-party logistics distribution agent for sales of all of the Company's commercial assets, and also made an Amendment to the Asset Purchase Agreement with Veru Inc. regarding the sale of the product ENTADFITM, which includes the issuance of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock.
