Old National Bancorp has entered into a merger agreement with CapStar Financial Holdings, Inc., with Old National as the surviving corporation, and CapStar Bank merging with Old National Bank as the surviving bank. A lawsuit challenging the merger has been filed, but Old National and CapStar believe the claims are without merit.
