Jim Hinrichs resigned from the Board of Directors and as Audit Committee Chair of Outset Medical, effective August 15, 2024, due to his affiliation with a new company formed from Baxter's kidney care business spin-off; Patrick T. Hackett was appointed as the new Audit Committee Chair.
