On June 3, 2025, Courtney Conigliaro resigned as CFO of Oaktree Acquisition Corp. III Life Sciences, effective immediately, and Thomas Sweeney was appointed as the new CFO. Sweeney, a Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management, will not receive compensation from the Company for this role.
