On June 17, 2025, Nextracker Inc. appointed Monica Karuturi and Mark Menezes as new directors, expanding the Board from nine to eleven members. Karuturi will receive an annual cash retainer of $77,500, while Menezes will receive $70,000, both with additional equity grants of $150,000 per year.
