NOVA LTD. announced the launch of its second-generation Metrion system for in-line secondary ion mass spectrometry on January 16, 2024, which improves sensitivity and measurement capabilities for semiconductor manufacturing. Initial revenues are expected in the latter half of 2024 as the system is set for installation at leading customers’ production lines.
