Sigma Additive Solutions, Inc. entered into a Perpetual License Agreement with Promethean TV, Inc., granting NextTrip a perpetual license to use the code for the Licensed Software in the travel solutions industry, in exchange for 100,000 restricted shares of Series G Convertible Preferred Stock and the waiver of past debts.
