On July 22, 2025, MicroVision, Inc. appointed Laura Peterson to its Board of Directors and accepted the resignation of Dr. Mark Spitzer, effective immediately, with Peterson also taking on committee roles previously held by Spitzer. This change in management was not due to any disagreement with the company.
