Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. has entered into a merger agreement with William Penn Bancorporation, where William Penn will merge into Mid Penn, with a share exchange ratio of 0.426 shares of Mid Penn for each share of William Penn, expected to complete in Q2 2025.
