Coliseum Acquisition Corp has entered into a Warrant Exchange Agreement to exchange 3,225,000 Private Placement Warrants for 806,250 shares of Holdco Class A common stock at a ratio of 0.25 shares per warrant, as part of a business combination with Rain Enhancement Technologies, Inc.
