Ann C. Beemish resigned as CFO of MediaCo Holding Inc. and was replaced by Debra DeFelice, who will receive a $450,000 salary and additional incentives totaling up to $1,225,000; Kudjo Sogadzi also resigned as President, with Jacqueline Hernandez taking over as interim President.
