Mustang Bio, Inc. and uBriGene have withdrawn and re-filed their joint voluntary notice to the U.S. Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) for the sale of Mustang Bio's leasehold interest and assets to uBriGene, as CFIUS requested more time for review and discussion regarding national security risks.
