Mustang Bio, Inc. has agreed to the Third Amendment to a Sublease with The Paul Revere Life Insurance Company for a space in Worcester, Massachusetts. This amendment sees the company relocating from the 26,503 square feet space on the fourth floor to a smaller 11,916 square feet space on the second floor. The Sublease, which expires on January 31, 2030, offers a rent abatement until March 1, 2024. After the abatement period, the rent will be payable at $246,312 from June 15, 2023, through December 31, 2023, and the base rent will see an annual 2% increase. A tenant improvement allowance of $119,160 is also provided.
