Lloyds Banking Group plc announced on 31 May 2024 that it purchased 6,548,506 shares at prices ranging from 55.2400 to 55.7200 pence as part of its share buyback program, totaling £709,655,910.35 for 1,388,789,904 shares bought since February 2024.
