On June 9, 2025, Comstock Inc. amended a purchase agreement to extend the closing date for acquiring 190 acres in Nevada to December 31, 2025, and increased the purchase price to $2.2 million, issuing an additional 200,000 common shares to the seller, Decommissioning Services. Cash payments will cease if proceeds from share sales exceed $60,000 in a month.
