Lantheus Holdings Inc's subsidiary, Lantheus Medical Imaging, has signed a $350 million agreement to acquire Life Molecular Imaging, with potential additional payments of up to $400 million and obligations of $30 million for future liabilities, aiming for completion in the second half of 2025.
