On July 8, 2025, Lindblad Expeditions Holdings, Inc. amended its agreement with Natural Habitat, Inc., allowing for an annual perpetual put right for the purchase of shares, and extended an employment agreement for Ben Bressler until December 31, 2028, including a new profit-sharing bonus structure.
