On November 25, 2025, Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. appointed Anthony DiSilvestro as CFO, replacing Sudhanshu Priyadarshi who will transition to a senior advisor role until April 2026. DiSilvestro will receive a $1M salary and $8M in stock incentives, while Priyadarshi is entitled to severance and advisory fees.
