On July 18, 2023, John B. Sanfilippo & Son, Inc. announced its Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $1.20 per share on all its Common Stock and Class A Common Stock. Additionally, an annual cash dividend of $0.80 per share was declared on the same shares. The dividends will be paid on September 13, 2023.
