On July 14, 2025, Ingersoll Rand Inc. appointed Aurobind Satpathy as a new director, effective July 15, 2025, and he will serve until the 2026 Annual Meeting. Mr. Satpathy will also serve on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee as well as the Sustainability Committee.
