Paltalk Inc. has entered into a merger agreement to acquire Newtek Technology Solutions and has also agreed to sell its telecommunications services provider, Vumber, along with related applications to Meteor Mobile Holdings. Shareholders approved the issuance of 9 million preferred shares and the divestiture of assets at a special meeting.
