IonQ, Inc. has announced a merger agreement with SkyWater Technology, Inc. on January 25, 2026, where SkyWater will become a wholly owned subsidiary of IonQ, and stockholders will receive cash and shares of IonQ's stock valued at $15.00 per SkyWater share.
