On August 22, 2025, Richard J. Buchholz resigned as CFO of Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. to pursue other opportunities, effective by December 31 or upon hiring a successor. He will assist with the transition until February 28, 2026 and receives nine months' salary as part of a transition agreement.
