Inogen Inc has entered into a strategic collaboration with Jiangsu Yuyue Medical Equipment & Supply Co., Ltd. to expand its product portfolio and accelerate entry into the Chinese market, along with a private placement of approximately $27.2 million for 2,626,425 shares at $10.36 each.
