On June 17, 2025, Ingram Micro Holding Corp amended its Term Loan Credit Agreement to lower the interest rate by 50 basis points, resulting in an interest rate of adjusted Term SOFR plus 225 basis points or the base rate plus 125 basis points. No other significant changes were made to the agreement.
