Imperial Petroleum Inc. has agreed to acquire one product tanker for $20.65 million and three drybulk carriers for $57.26 million, with delivery expected between Q2 and Q3 of 2026. After these acquisitions, the company's fleet will have 26 vessels totaling approximately 1.55 million dwt capacity.
