On September 16, 2025, Imperial Oil appointed T.T. Bryja as a director and announced D.W. Cornhill’s retirement, with M.C. Hubbs set to take over as lead director from October 1, 2025. Cornhill will serve until the 2026 annual meeting but will not seek re-election.
