IGC Pharma, Inc. entered into an employment agreement with Claudia Grimaldi, the Vice President and Principal Financial Officer, providing her with an annual base salary of $200,000, annual bonus, shares or options under the Company's 2018 Omnibus Incentive Plan, and various executive benefits.
