On October 6, 2025, IDEXX Laboratories Inc. elected Karen Peacock as an independent director and added her to its Compensation and Talent and Finance Committees, increasing the board size to eleven members. She will receive compensation as other non-employee directors and be nominated for election at the 2027 annual meeting.
