On July 10, 2025, IDEXX Laboratories elected Joseph L. (Jay) Hooley as a new independent director and appointed him to the Audit and Governance committees, increasing the board size to ten. He will be compensated similarly to other non-employee directors, with stock grants starting on September 1, 2025.
