Kintara Therapeutics, Inc. has entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger with TuHURA Biosciences, Inc., with TuHURA surviving the merger and becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kintara. The merger is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2024.
