On April 24, 2025, Hilltop Holdings Inc. appointed Mr. Gerald J. Ford as Chairman Emeritus and Mr. Jeremy B. Ford as Chairman of the Board, while also reducing the Board's size to fourteen members. Additionally, on April 25, 2025, they amended Martin B. Winges' employment agreement to extend it until February 29, 2028, and revised incentive bonus conditions effective February 19, 2025.
