On July 30, 2025, Hershey Co announced that Chris Brandt has been appointed to its Board of Directors, effective August 11, 2025; he will serve on the Compensation and Human Capital and Finance and Risk Management Committees. Brandt brings over 25 years of marketing experience from the food and beverage industry, including being the Chief Brand Officer at Chipotle.
