HSBC Holdings PLC has declared a fourth interim dividend of US$0.45 per ordinary share for the financial year ending December 31, 2025, payable on April 30, 2026, to shareholders on record as of March 13, 2026. Dividends will be converted into HKD and GBP at specified exchange rates.
