Harmony Biosciences Holdings, Inc. has entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger with Zynerba Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and will commence a tender offer to acquire all outstanding shares of Zynerba Common Stock for $1.1059 per share in cash, plus one contingent value right per share.
