Tyson Murdock, the Chief Financial Officer of HealthEquity, Inc., will stop serving in his role after the filing of the company's Quarterly Report in September. He will receive a one-time retention bonus of $100,000 and may serve as a Special Advisor for a limited period ending on November 30, 2023.
