Robinhood Markets, Inc. subsidiary, Robinhood Securities, LLC, entered into a Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. for a 364-day senior secured revolving credit facility with a total commitment of $2.175 billion.
