Honeywell International Inc. announced a spin-off of its Advanced Materials business, named Solstice Advanced Materials Inc., with a record date of October 17, 2025, and the distribution of shares expected on October 30, 2025. For every four shares of Honeywell's common stock held, shareholders will receive one share of Solstice common stock.
