Gran Tierra Energy Inc. has agreed to acquire i3 Energy plc through a cash and share offer, where i3 Energy shareholders will receive one Gran Tierra share for every 207 i3 shares and 10.43 pence in cash per i3 share, with the acquisition expected to close in Q4 2024.
