On April 15, 2025, Grove Collaborative Holdings Inc. filed to retire all shares of its Class B common stock, which were converted to Class A common stock on February 14, 2025, and reduced the total authorized shares to 700 million, including 600 million Class A shares and 100 million Preferred shares.
