On July 28, 2025, Grifols SA's Board of Directors renamed the Sustainability Committee to the "Sustainability, Communication and Reputation Committee" to enhance corporate reputation oversight. This amended regulation will be communicated to relevant authorities and shared at the next General Shareholders' Meeting.
