Apostolos Zafolias, the CFO of GENCO SHIPPING & TRADING LTD, will be departing from his roles at the company to pursue an opportunity outside the maritime industry. He will continue to serve as CFO until June 15, 2023, and then as a consultant until December 31, 2023. He will receive vesting of his unvested equity awards, an extension of the exercise period of his outstanding options, and payments totaling $150,000 as part of his separation arrangement.
