On February 19, 2025, Giftify entered into a $1,000,000 secured promissory note with Real World Digital Assets LLC, with an 11.5% interest rate and a maturity date of December 31, 2025, replacing a previous note of the same amount. The new note is secured by a blanket lien on Giftify's assets and is subordinate to a $4,000,000 line of credit owed to Pathward, National Association.
