Liberty Media Corporation has completed the previously announced spin-off of its wholly owned subsidiary Atlanta Braves Holdings, Inc, making Atlanta Braves Holdings a independent publicly traded company owning 100% of the Atlanta Braves Major League Baseball Club and its associated assets. Following the split-off, Liberty Braves’s common stock has been requested to be delisted from Nasdaq.
