Finance of America Companies Inc. has completed the acquisition of a substantial majority of assets and liabilities of American Advisors Group, including reverse mortgage loans, through an Asset Purchase Agreement and other agreements. The company also issued and sold shares of Class A Common Stock to investors for a total purchase price of $15 million.
