On March 28, 2024, Evogene Ltd. entered into a Sales Agreement allowing them to sell up to $7.3 million in ordinary shares through Lake Street Capital Markets, LLC. They previously had an agreement with Cantor Fitzgerald, which was terminated on March 27, 2024, after raising approximately $3.26 million from that agreement.
